DINING EXPERIENCE
Each menu is individually tailored by our executive chef to reflect the client’s vision and expectations.
We do not offer pre-set menus, allowing every experience to feel exclusive and entirely personal.
MENU PRICING
Curated dining experiences begin at $100 – $150 PER GUEST (additional staffing costs for chef and assistant)
Signature premium experiences range from $350 PER GUEST (additional staffing costs for chef and assistant)
Final pricing determined by: Menu selection and ingredients, dietary preferences and custom requests,
style of service and culinary complexity, desired level of guest experience and presentation.

GUEST COUNT COSTING
Chef $350 | Assistant Chef $250
- 2 – 6 guests : 1 Chef handles cooking, plating, and service
- 7 – 12 guests: 1 Chef + 1 Cook Assistant
- 13 – 20 guests: 1 Chef + 2 Assistants
- For Chef Selected Small Bites from 1 to 15: 1 Chef – 15 up: 1 Chef + 1 Chef assistant.
PRE-EVENT KITCHEN CONSULTATION
Prior to the event, our executive chef conducts a private on-site kitchen assessment to ensure a seamless service experience.
Consultation Includes: Evaluation of kitchen layout and equipment, Identification of any supplemental tools or rental requirements, Coordination with the client and event team regarding operational needs.
CONFIRMATION & RESERVATION
Final menu selections and guest count are confirmed prior to service. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation non-refunfable
CULINARY PREPARATION & SERVICE
All ingredients are responsibly sourced fresh on the day of service to ensure exceptional quality and presentation.
Our culinary team arrives approximately 2–4 hours prior to service, depending on the complexity of the menu, to complete:
- Full mise en place
- Kitchen preparation and setup
- Final execution details for service
